12月17日讯西班牙足协官方宣布拉斐尔-卢赞（Rafael Louzán）当选新一任主席，任期4年至2028年。

在西班牙足协全体大会组织的选举中，卢赞获得了大多数成员的支持，在138张选票中他获得了90张，而他最大的竞争对手戈马尔（Salvador Gomar）则获得了43张选票。本次选举，国际足联和欧足联均派出代表进行监督。此前，卢赞曾担任的是西班牙足协副主席。
